JW Scheduler includes a JW Secretary program that allows the Congregation Secretary, Group Overseers or other elders to record and view Publisher Record cards. The Congregation Field Service Report will be generated based on the information entered in the Publisher Records. Various other reports also use this information, such as Congregation Summary. This programme is designed to make Literature Coordinator, Servant, use directly at the Hall, capable of handling multiple congregations, OR use at home. TSWIN- Service Report Accounting System. TSWIN is a program for the Secretary. Recognizing the importance that the Secretary of the congregation has in its theocratic assignments, we have decided to design and develop (at the suggestion of many brothers) an app that helps to. Jehovah's Witnesses are organized hierarchically, and are led by the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses from the Watch Tower Society 's headquarters in Warwick, New York. The Governing Body, along with other 'helpers', are organized into six committees responsible for various administrative functions within the global Witness community.

Stephen L. Yonaty is a partner at Cannon Heyman & Weiss, LLP where he practices in the areas of affordable, senior and multi-family housing, real estate, commercial and public finance, business restructuring and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation law. He and his wife, Kim, reside in East Amherst with their 4 children, each of whom has attended the PALS School.
Ken serves on the Board of Trustees as a Treasurer.

Sharon is a partner with the law firm of Harris Beach PLLC, where she practices in the firm’s commercial real estate and financial institutions groups. Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, she attended Vassar College and SUNY @ Buffalo Law School. While most of her law school friends from the New York metropolitan area left the Buffalo area after graduation, Sharon remained in Buffalo, where she met her husband Edward. Sharon, Edward and their daughter Sophie live in Snyder. Sharon looks forward to serving on the TBZ Board of Trustees.

Julie is a clinical social worker in private practice in East Amherst. Her past involvement at Temple Beth Zion includes having served as on the Board of Trustees as Vice President and as Secretary. Julie, with her husband Michael Weinberg, served as Kol Nidre Co-Chairs for three years.
In the Buffalo Jewish community, Julie will be the Women's Philanthropy Chair for Jewish Federation 2016-2017 campaign. Julie is also serves on the Board of Trustees for Jewish Family Service, is a past member Bureau of Jewish Education Board and member of the Yad b’Yad advisory committee.
Julie and Mike live in Williamsville with their two children.

Adam was elected to the Board in June of 2016, having previously served on the Temple Beth Zion Assistant Rabbi Search Committee in 2014. He owns his own Physical Therapy Practice located at the JCC Benderson Building.

Daniel was born and raised in Los Angeles, where his family belonged to the reform synagogue Temple Menorah. His most fond memories are the many years he went to Camp Komaroff, a Jewish summer camp in Lake Arrowhead, California. Daniel moved east when he attended graduate school at New York University, where he received a Ph.D. in History, specializing in American Jewish History. After teaching at the Jewish day school Beth Tfiloh in Baltimore and then at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania, Daniel and his wife Chana and son Noah moved to Buffalo in 2006 when he began teaching history at Medaille College, where he is currently an Associate Professor of History. Prior to serving on the Board for TBZ, Daniel also served on the Board of Hillel at UB, and the Board of Kadimah. In addition to teaching at Medaille, Daniel also periodically teaches a course on the History of Zionism and Israel at UB. In 2010 he published a biography of an American Reform rabbi, titled Judah L. Magnes: An American Jewish Nonconformist (Syracuse University Press).
Daniel’s wife Chana is currently writing a book on the history of the Buffalo Jewish community. Their son Noah went through the PALS program and had his Bar Mitzvah at TBZ in 2016. They live in East Amherst.

Church Secretary Programs
Robin and her family joined TBZ in 2004 when they relocated to Buffalo for her husband Jamie's job as a clinical psychology professor at the University of Buffalo. Robin has over 20 years experience as an HR professional and currently works as a Senior HR Business Partner for Synacor. She was a psychology major at Colgate University and President of her Senior class, and then went on to receive her Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Originally from Lexington, MA, Robin now lives in Clarence with her husband, Jamie, and two children, Aaron and April. In addition to serving on the TBZ Board, Robin coaches youth soccer and volunteers with the Sheridan Hill Elementary School PTO.

Lewish serves on the Board of Trustees as a representative of the TBaZY Youth Group of Temple Beth Zion.
Cindy serves on the Board of Trustees as a representative of the Sisterhood of Temple Beth Zion.
A member of Sisterhood for over ten years, Cindy has served on the Sisterhood Board since 2018. Within Sisterhood she:
- chaired the Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner Raffle
- co-chaired the Women’s Seder
- co-chaired the Sisterhood Shabbat celebrating the Woman of the Year
- served as the Sisterhood Representative for the recent Rabbi Search Committee
- serve on the Sisterhood Financial Committee
- serve on the Accessories Exchange Event Committee (delayed due to COVID)
- volunteered at the Chanukah Bazaar.
Cindy has been a member of TBZ since her marriage to Rick in 1999 by Rabbi Goldberg. Their two children, Taylor and Josh, attended PALS, religious school, and had their bat and bar mitzvahs at TBZ. Josh is in High School and also serves as a Madrich at the religious school. Taylor is studying International Relations, History, and French in college.
Errol serves on the Board of Trustees as a representative of the Brotherhood of Temple Beth Zion.

Co-Chair of the Kol Nidre Campaign and Co-Chair of the Alternative Rosh Hashanah Service at Becker Farms are just two of the roles Amélida has undertaken during her time at TBZ. In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees since her election in June 2016, she has also been active with Religious School, the TBaZY Youth Group and on the Caring Community Committee.
Amélida lives in Buffalo with her husband, Peter, and their four children.

Kaarsten has served on the Board of Trustees since her election in June 2016. Kaarsten has been active at TBZ serving on the Kol Nidre, Audit and Engagement Committees. Kaarsten has also served as a chair of the annual congregational Passover Seder.
